Before joining Skynamo, Lizl spent two years as a Candidate Attorney at
Cluver Markotter.
She began her journey at Skynamo as a Legal Advisor, a role that provided
the foundation for her advancement to Chief of Staff.
As Chief of Staff at Skynamo, Lizl serves as the connective tissue keeping our strategic initiatives aligned and progressing.
Beyond supporting our CEO's focus on high-impact activities, she leads our PeopleOps function, ensuring our most valuable asset – our team – continues to thrive and grow.
Her role centers on bringing cohesion to our StratCo team, ensuring all moving parts work in harmony.

With a degree in Psychology and Communication, Brian brings both a human-centred and analytical approach to revenue leadership. As Chief Revenue Officer at Skynamo, Brian has over 25 years of comprehensive business experience to drive revenue growth across global markets.
With a decade-long tenure at Skynamo, he has played a pivotal role in the company’s expansion, combining 20+ years of sales and management expertise with 5 years of strategic planning experience.
He is currently leading Skynamo’s global sales operations, while overseeing marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies that fuel our continued growth.

Chief Product Officer
Ben has a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronic engineering at Stellenbosch University, followed by an MBA at Stellenbosch University Business School. He is an experienced product leader, with a proven track record in the software industry.
He was part of the founding team of Skynamo 13 years ago and now hold the position of Chief Product Officer.
Before this he developed, built and shaped many other software products, in his early career as a technical user experience designer and later as product manager at other software companies like IXUS, and other companies in the Alphawave group.
As Chief Product Officer at Skynamo Ben oversees the product vision and strategy, to ensure alignment with business goals.

With a Masters in Computer Science (Machine Learning) and a BCom Law degree, Dane has an interesting mix of technical and business perspectives.
Five years as a software developer at EMSS led to project management, where he oversaw the commercialization of an internal product that became IXUS, an ICNIRP compliance tool.
As part of the original team that started Field Office (now Skynamo), Dane has been running the software development team from day one. Today as Head of Engineering, the focus remains on what he loves most—setting the tech strategy and empowering teams to write innovative software.
What really drives Dane is figuring out how teams work best. Understanding what motivates people and how to create software development environments that are collaborative, creative, and genuinely fun to work in fascinates him.
Great software comes from great teams, and that's where his energy goes.

Wim is an industrial engineer (cum laude) with 24 years of experience.
Passionate about innovation and collaboration. He is a problem-solver
with an eye for detail, who never loses sight of the big picture.
Before founding Apposition Consulting with Richard Barry, which later
merged with Polymorph Systems, Wim fulfilled several roles within the
Industrial Engineering industry. His specific focus was on simulation,
modelling and supply chain/logistics.
Chief Operating Officer and Data Protection Officer responsibilities at
Skynamo means he is focused on finance, IT, workspaces and cyber security
but also involved in other places where improvements can be made.

As Skynamo’s Fractional Chief Marketing Officer, he aligns marketing strategy with revenue objectives to support long-term commercial success.
With over 35 years of international experience across SaaS and technology-led businesses, Marc brings a pragmatic, data-driven approach to go-to-market strategy—aligning brand, demand generation, product marketing, and revenue outcomes.
He is particularly passionate about helping organisations build repeatable growth engines by aligning strategy, execution, and data to deliver consistent commercial outcomes.
Beyond Skynamo, he is a Fractional CMO and advisor to several technology businesses, partnering with founders and executives to build disciplined growth engines that scale sustainably. His work is grounded in the belief that when marketing and sales work collaboratively, organisations achieve greater focus, consistency, and predictable commercial outcomes.
