How to Set Up Targets in Skynamo

Setting targets for your team is easier than it sounds. You don't have to go rep by rep, you can set them all at once using a simple spreadsheet import.

Here's what Skynamo needs from you. Each rep's email address, so the system knows whose target it is. The month it applies to, since targets are set monthly. What kind of target it is, whether that's visits, quotes, orders, invoices, or something custom like kilograms sold, in which case you'll also give the target a name. The number they need to hit, just the number itself, no currency symbols. And finally, whether you're adding a new target, updating one, or deleting one you no longer need.

Once you've set a target, it carries over automatically to the following months until you change it. You're not doing this every single month, just whenever something actually needs to change.
